We efficiently process customer orders from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Our aim is to process orders within a few hours and dispatch orders placed by 2pm the same day. The cut off is 2pm as our 'Postie' is with us at 3.45pm on the dot!

Standard Delivery (£1.99) service is with Royal Mail 48 Tracked (allow 3-4 working days).

Royal Mail Next Working Day (£2.99) is with Royal Mail 24 Tracked (allow 1-2 working days).

We also offer a Next Working Day Delivery service (£4.99)

We love all our range - we wouldn't be stocking it otherwise. We only sell items we would be happy with and would put on our own children!

However, things can go wrong and we accept that. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please return it.

We want happy customers with smiles on their faces! We also give you a 60 day return window.
